Terms of Use

By accessing or using nature.mn (the "Site"), operated by MUR Initiative ("we"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Donations

Donations to MUR Initiative are voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law. Donations made by direct bank transfer are final once received and acknowledged. If you believe a donation was made in error or you notice an irregularity, email us within 30 days at info@nature.mn and we will investigate.

MUR Initiative is registered in Mongolia. We are not a US 501(c)(3) or similar foreign charitable entity, and we cannot issue US/EU tax-deductible receipts unless we are partnered with a fiscal sponsor that has confirmed your gift. Donors should consult their own tax advisor about the deductibility of gifts in their jurisdiction.

2. Donor messages

When you submit a message on a campaign page, you grant MUR Initiative a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to publish that message on our Site. We reserve the right to edit messages for clarity, reject messages that violate the rules below, or remove them at any time.

Site text, photographs, videos, illustrations, and design are © MUR Initiative or licensed to us, unless otherwise credited. You may share links to the Site freely. You may not republish substantial portions of our content commercially without written permission. For press use, contact info@nature.mn.

The Site may link to external resources (e.g. partner organizations, video platforms, social networks). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

5. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MUR Initiative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
